I am reading 'Think and grow rich' by Napoleon Hill and in this book the author talks about this so called creative imagination. The concept is great actually. I believe that since I am writing about this here on DA there is no need to explain what imagining and being creative should mean, so I'll skip right at something really cool that I've read. What if we could use this creative imagination for not just art? What if we could make this state of mind change us in the way we want it. Let's say you might want to become more skilled at something but you lack the motivation, or maybe you want to tbe able to be a better designer - I know I want

What I mean is how do you keep up with the design world evolving every single day? To tell you the truth, I toke a break of 2 months because I had to prepare for my final high school exams, and when I came back I was overwhelmed by the huge quantity of new information all around me! I follow mostly every decent blog about web design and I am active on some forums. But I feel that's not enough. What are your secrets of staying up to date? :-?

Being in the last year of school is a tough thing judging from my eyes - a new freelance wedesinger -. Somehow I get the feeling that I never do all the things I want done in one day. This includes learning, designing something nice in photoshop or coding it in dreamweaver and watching some tv series like heroes, supernatural, battlestar galactica or stargate. Right now all I can think of is getting the money to buy a laptop by getting creative on a few templates. How could I get my mind focused on school not on this great art-full realm?
